Itinerary Overview
Day 1 Darwin

The capital city of Australias Northern Territory, Darwin delivers more than enough rugged natural beauty to earn its namesake: none other than renowned naturalist Charles Darwin. This port city on Australias Top End ? the lushly forested northern tip of the province ? is known for its year-round tropical climate. After you take in the ocean views at Cullen Bay Marina, cool down inside the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Here, youll find collections on Cyclone Tracy, Darwins World War II history and indigenous and Australian art. If youre looking to venture farther out with your Darwin cruise, its just over an hour to the Kakadu rainforest or the waterfalls and plunge pools of Litchfield National Park.

Day 2 King Georges River and Falls

The King George River is a perennial river located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, in Australia

Day 3 Vansittart Bay

Vansittart Bay was named after the Chancellor of Exchequer by early explorer Phillip Parker King. Vansittart Bay is a large protected bay of significant cultural and historical importance. There are many islands in close proximity as well as many beautiful beaches and coves

Day 4 Cruising Ashmore Reef

The Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands is an uninhabited external territory of Australia consisting of four low-lying tropical islands in two separate reefs, and the 12 nautical mile territorial sea generated by the islands

Day 5 Hunter River (Mitchell Falls)

One of the popular destinations you'll discover as you traverse the Kimberley region is the Hunter River, with an expansive mangrove system filled with saltwater crocodiles and other exotic marine life. Cruising the river is like going on a safari!

Day 6 Bigge Island

Bigge Island is an island off the coast of the Kimberley region in Western Australia, within the Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley. The island lies approximately 6 kilometres from the mainland, from which it is separated by Scott Strait.

Day 7 Montgomery Reef

Montgomery Reef is a reef off the Kimberley coast of Western Australia. It is situated at the south western end of Camden Sound and surrounds the Yawajaba Islands. It is approximately 20 kilometres off shore, opposite Doubtful Bay to the east and Collier Bay to the south

Day 8 Talbot Bay/ Horizontal Falls

The Horizontal Falls or Horizontal Waterfalls is the name given to a natural phenomenon on the coast of the Kimberley region in Western Australia. The Horizontal Falls have been described by naturalist David Attenborough as "one of the greatest wonders of the natural world"

Day 9 Buccaneer Archipelago

The Buccaneer Archipelago is a group of islands off the coast of Western Australia near the town of Derby in the Kimberley region. The closest inhabited place is Bardi located about 54 kilometres from the western end of the island group.

Day 10 Lacepede Islands

Day 11 Broome

Known as the gateway to the wild Kimberley, Broome is a historically rich melting pot of cultures, with a tropical vibe that's hard to resist. You can watch the sunset at Cable Beach's stretch of pristine sand, or jump off from Broome towards an outback adventure to the Kimberley.
