ITINERARY

DAY 1: Friday

Upon arrival in Sydney make your way to the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour for check-in at 2 pm. The newly refurbished Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is situated right between bustling China Town and the Darling Square precinct and will be your home for the next two nights.

The night will start with a private cocktail function held at Shipleys Restaurant located at the hotel. Sip on sparkling wine, enjoy a range of canapés and meet your fellow party-goers for the evening. Food and drinks will be served until the coach arrives to transfer you to Pyrmont wharf for your New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise.

Welcome aboard your 2021 New Year’s Eve Cruise. The MV Jerry Bailey will be yours for the night on our exclusive charter.  Welcome in 2022 and make those New Year resolutions on the best harbour in the world as you watch the spectacular fireworks display from a prime viewing spot on Sydney Harbour.

The vessel has four viewing decks including the spacious main deck, upper deck, wrap-around side decks and foredeck. The large outdoor area provides everyone with the opportunity to see the world-famous fireworks.

Great food, free-flowing premium wines, beer, house spirits and soft drinks, and music from the onboard DJ is included in your package. The delicious buffet menu, prepared by an executive chef, includes fresh Australian seafood, meats, salads and vegetables, and a dessert selection served in the latter part of the evening. After midnight, a selection of canapes will also be available.

Return to the Pyrmont wharf by 1.15 am for your group coach transfer to the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour.

Day 2: Saturday

Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely morning as you rejuvenate after a fabulous evening.

Day 3: Sunday

Enjoy breakfast before checking out prior to 11 am.  We hope you enjoyed your Sydney New Year’s Eve experience.
