Day 1 / Depart Melbourne, Hobart

Board your private jet in Melbourne for an air experience like no other. On arrival in the Tasmanian capital, enjoy a delicious lunch and wine tasting at family-owned Puddleduck Vineyard. Founder and winemaker Darren Brown will host the tasting of five wines before a three-course meal. Later, check in to the centrally located Crowne Plaza Hobart. This evening, enjoy dinner at Mures Upper Deck overlooking Constitution Dock. Accommodation: Two Nights, Crowne Plaza Hobart Meals: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 / Hobart

Saturday means the Salamanca Market in Hobart, one of the city’s great highlights. Browse among hundreds of stalls set out on historic Salamanca Place, selling handmade products and locally grown produce. Then head for the eclectic MONA – the Museum of Old and New Art – where the fascinating exhibits thrill and challenge in equal measure. History buffs might choose an optional excursion (own expense) to Port Arthur, and the evocative remnants of one of Australia’s harshest penal settlements – as place of 19th-century tribulation paradoxically set among rare beauty. There is some time at leisure this afternoon, with dinner left free so you can choose where to dine. Meals: Breakfast

Day 3 / Hobart, Port Lincoln, Adelaide

Reboard your private jet and fly over the spectacular beauty of Cradle Mountain and Dove Lake as you head towards a fascinating day at Port Lincoln. You’ll enjoy an Adventure Bay seafood cruise before lunch at the Fresh Fish Place, which supplies Eyre Peninsula seafood Australia-wide. Don’t fill yourself up, because you’ll then experience a Coffin Bay oyster tour, with a tasting of the region’s world-renowned oysters, and finally a stop for cheese and wine or coffee and cake at 1802 Oyster Bar. Back aboard your private jet, you head to Adelaide. Accommodation: Two Nights, InterContinental Adelaide Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 4 / Adelaide, Barossa Valley, Adelaide

Today, you make the short drive to the beautiful Barossa Valley, one of Australia’s most historic wine regions, to visit St Hugo Wines. First, you sample four wines, guided by an expert team member, and then take a stroll through the Kitchen Garden with executive chef Nik Tucker, to explain St Hugo’s food philosophy and how the garden produce is used. Then follows a two-course shared menu for lunch with paired wines, before returning to Adelaide. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

Day 5 / Adelaide, Kalgoorlie, Margaret River

Your private jet departs Adelaide for Kalgoorlie, the bustling mining centre of outback Western Australia. En route, enjoy spectacular views of the Great Australian Bight and its sea cliffs. In Kalgoorlie, which still retains some of its Wild West flavour, tour the immense Super Pit, one of the world’s largest open-cut mines, and then continue by private jet to Busselton in the Margaret River region in the southwestern corner of WA. Accommodation: Two Nights, Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, Margaret River Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Guests will first visit the working winery and barrel room for wine blending hosted by chief winemaker Ryan Aggiss, and tasting direct from the barrels. This educational session allows you blend your own bottle, which will be labelled specially for the group.
