Then a quick hop to Kangaroo Island to take in the stunning natural landscape and get up close and personal with the wildlife. Heading north, a special introduction to the Red Centre with a low-level fly by Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The ever-changing colours of these spectacular natural attractions from sunrise to sunset, along with the stunning Field of Light display, will leave you speechless.

From the Red Centre, traverse the country to the tropical north and the Great Barrier Reef, one of the world’s seven natural wonders. Your private catamaran will whisk you to Michaelmas Cay to see breathtaking coral formations and colourful marine life. Itinerary

DAY 1: SATURDAY 6 AUGUST

BRISBANE – SYDNEY – ADELAIDE

Welcome aboard your private business class flight for what is sure to be the holiday of a lifetime. The flight will briefly touch down in Sydney before heading to Adelaide. On arrival, transfer to the luxurious Oval Hotel, located at one of Adelaide’s most iconic attractions, Adelaide Oval. The remainder of your day is at leisure to explore this exciting city. This evening enjoy an unforgettable welcome dinner at Penfolds Magill Estate. Walk in the footsteps of winemakers, learning about the history of Penfolds and their craftmanship. Visit Grange Cottage, the vintage cellar, and the original hiding spot of Max Schubert’s hidden Grange. In the underground cellar your host will lead you through a structured tasting of some of Penfolds’ most highly coveted wines, including the exclusive Grange, followed by a delicious three-course dinner, paired with Penfolds wines, of course!

DAY 2: SUNDAY 7 AUGUST

BAROSSA†

This morning head out of the city for a day in the beautiful Barossa. Blending historical wineries, wonderful regional food and breathtaking scenery, you will visit three acclaimed wineries, with structured wine tastings at each. Walk through the historic cellars of Château Yaldara, sample award winning reds and whites and admire some of the best[1]preserved period architecture in the state. Sip wine at the stunning red gum bar of renowned Peter Lehmann Wines, producer of some of Australia’s best wines. Picturesque Château Tanunda combines history, beautiful vineyards, an atmospheric cellar door and incredible wines. Enjoy a delicious, shared platter lunch at Lambert Estate. Return to your hotel for an evening at leisure. Dine in-house or choose from an array of top Adelaide restaurants.

DAY 3: MONDAY 8 AUGUST

KANGAROO ISLAND†

An early start this morning for the short flight to Kangaroo Island. Known as nature’s playground, Kangaroo Island is blessed with beautiful beaches, great food, scenic coastlines, and wildlife encounters around every corner. Your bespoke tour will take you to some of the island’s most iconic attractions. Walk among the sea lions as they bask on the beach or between the sand dunes at Seal Bay Conservation Park – a truly unforgettable experience. Discover remarkable Flinders Chase National Park, one of the oldest and most important national parks in South Australia, Admirals Arch and the unique formations that make up the Remarkable Rocks. These large granite boulders balance dramatically on the cliff edge, which plunges 75 metres into the Southern Ocean. Enjoy a gourmet, picnic-style lunch with Kangaroo Island wines in a bush setting (weather dependent). After your tour, return to the hotel to freshen up for a unique dining experience at the Shearing Shed. This retired, rustic shearing shed has been given a second life. Native flowers, foliage and candlelight create the perfect atmosphere for another memorable dining experience.

DAY 4: TUESDAY 9 AUGUST

ULUṞU AND KATA TJUṮA

After breakfast, head to the airport where your flight crew will be waiting to whisk you to Uluru, the spiritual heart of Australia. Your pilot will do a special scenic fly by Uluru and Kata Tjuta to give you a bird’s eye view of these magnificent Australian icons. On arrival, transfer to Sails in the Desert, home for the next two nights. Enjoy a buffet lunch by the pool before an afternoon exploring Kata Tjuta. The 36 domes of Kata Tjuta are a sight to behold. Walk through the sheer walls of two of the largest domes that make up Walpa Gorge. This 1.3-kilometre walking trail follows the natural creek and showcases some of the unusual rock formations. Along the way your guide will explain the geological and cultural history of the area. In the late afternoon, experience your first Red Centre sunset. Sip sparkling wine and enjoy delicious canapés as the domes of Kata Tjuta change from pink to deep red and the sun slowly sinks below the horizon. Return to the hotel and freshen up before a two-course dinner at Ilkari Restaurant.

DAY 5: WEDNESDAY 10 AUGUST

ULUṞU

An early start this morning for a breathtaking experience. Travel towards Uluru and watch as its vast shape rises from the sand dunes in the early dawn light, highlighting its presence in this country. From a special location, watch the sun rise over this amazing monolith. See first rays of light set the Red Centre alight and the rock formations change colour before your eyes while enjoying an outback picnic breakfast. Visit Mutitjulu Waterhole on the Kuniya walk and learn the Creation stories of Liru, the venomous snake, and Kuniya, the woma python. After this short walk, drive around the base of Uluru and hear the story of the Mala people before returning to the resort for a two-course lunch. Late afternoon you’ll be transferred to a remote desert location with majestic views of Uluru. As the sun sets on the horizon, enjoy gourmet canapés and chilled sparkling wine, and soak up the ambience of your last evening in the Red Centre. As darkness falls, watch in awe from the top of your private dune as the coloured lights of 50,000 glass spheres gently come to life. Join your travelling companions for an exceptional three-course menu infused with bush tucker flavours. As the night ignites with countless stars, settle back and listen to the resident star talker decode the southern night sky. After dinner, immerse yourself in the stunning art installation, Field of Light. Its pathways lit by a spectrum of glowing ochre, deep violet, blue and gentle white lights beckon you to explore at your own pace. Return to the hotel and reflect on a truly magical evening.

DAY 6: THURSDAY 11 AUGUST

CAIRNS

Leave the Red Centre behind for the sun and the sand of Tropical North Queensland. From the comfort of your seat, watch the landscape change from barren desert to tropical rainforest as you approach Cairns. On arrival in Cairns, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, located in a prime position on the Cairns waterfront. The afternoon is free to explore the sights. Discover rich history and Aboriginal culture at one of the art galleries, visit the Cairns Aquarium to see the colourful marine life, take a dip in the sparkling Esplanade Lagoon or just relax by the hotel pool. It’s a short walk to tonight’s dinner venue, Salt House, the most iconic waterfront venue in Cairns with impressive views spanning the waterfront and Marina Point. Enjoy a three-course menu highlighting the incredible local produce of the tropical north.

DAY 7: FRIDAY 12 AUGUST

MICHAELMAS CAY AND THE GREAT BARRIER REEF

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in Café Sunrise with views of the lush tropical gardens and Trinity Inlet before a short walk to Cairns Marina. Board your privately chartered catamaran for an unforgettable day exploring beautiful Michaelmas Cay on the Great Barrier Reef. The cay’s calm and shallow protected waters play host to a myriad of coral and marine life. Look out for spectacular giant clams, sea turtles, giant trevally, hump[1]headed parrotfish, black tip reef sharks and a magnificent variety of tropical fish. There are optional tours available to enhance your reef experience; join a marine biologist guided snorkel to learn about the marine life swimming by or see what lies further beneath the surface on a scuba dive (extra charge). If you prefer to view the underwater world without getting wet, hop aboard the semi-submarine for a diver’s view of the reef. Watch the fish feeding presentation, observe the island bird life or relax on the beach or aboard the catamaran’s spacious decks. A delicious buffet lunch will be served on board. On the journey home sit back and soak up the ocean views with a glass of sparkling wine. After an active day, this evening is yours to enjoy the alfresco restaurant and bar scene of Cairns.

DAY 8: SATURDAY 13 AUGUST

WHITEHAVEN BEACH AND HAYMAN ISLAND

An early start this morning for what will be a truly incredible day. Your flight will take you south to Hamilton Island, where your private luxury motor yacht awaits. Cruise through the stunning Whitsunday Passage, described as one of the world’s most beautiful waterways, to spectacular Whitehaven Beach. Upon anchoring, you’ll quickly understand why this is also one of the most photographed beaches in the world. Stroll along the seven kilometre stretch of white silica sand, swim in the crystal-clear water, or walk to Hill Inlet Lookout for magnificent views. Have a gourmet barbecue lunch, relax, and enjoy this piece of paradise. In the early afternoon, cruise to picturesque Hayman Island, Australia’s most iconic private island resort and your home for the next three nights. Tonight, when, where and who you dine with is entirely up to you. Why not get together with new friends at Amici, Bam Bam or Pacific. If you want a truly unforgettable private dining moment, indulge in a romantic Under The Stars dining experience in one of the four exclusive poolside cabanas. DAY 9: SUNDAY 14 AUGUST

HAYMAN ISLAND

Wake early to enjoy a sunrise hike on the island’s walking trail before strolling across to Pacific Restaurant, on Hayman’s beachfront, for a gourmet breakfast. If you can drag yourself away from the panoramic views of the Whitsundays, the rest of the day is all about you. Do as much or as little as you please with a range of optional experiences available. Head to the beach at high tide for stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking or catamaran sailing. Relax and rejuvenate with a yoga or meditation class or indulge in a decadent treatment in Hayman Spa. Hike the verdant cliffs and discover secret coves or join a guided tour and watch the morning fish feeding at the marina. Perhaps team up for a friendly game of tennis or squash or master your swing on the state-of-the-art golf simulator. Or join an optional tour and snorkel on the pristine reef, kayak to a nearby island or reel in the catch of the day on a fishing adventure. As the day draws to a close, perhaps indulge in a cocktail and watch as the sun slowly sets over the Whitsunday islands, before dinner at any of the Hayman restaurants.

Awake to another beautiful day in paradise. No two days are ever the same on Hayman Island. Take a refreshing dip in the iconic Hayman pool, indulge in a soothing hot stone massage at Hayman Spa or relax with a good book and soak up the rays on the golden sand beach. Tonight, enjoy a special cocktail function and farewell dinner in the beautiful Formal Garden. Reminisce about your extraordinary travels of the past ten days over a glass of sparkling wine and canapés, followed by a delicious three-course dinner.

DAY 11: TUESDAY 16 AUGUST

All good things must come to an end. Enjoy a final leisurely breakfast and a last walk on the beach before transferring by luxury launch to Hamilton Island Airport for the final leg of your tour. Lunch is served on board your flight to Sydney. Reminisce about the amazing experiences of the past few days and farewell new-found friends until next time. Sydney passengers will disembark before the flight heads to Brisbane.
