A Taste of Barcelona - Private Tapas Tour
Spain is known the world over for its food culture and heritage. Tapas restaurants have cropped up in every major city, but there’s nothing like having the authentic experience in the Catalán capital. Highlights - Enjoy several tapas tastings at various restaurants – all included and carefully curated by your expert foodie guide. - Savour an assortment of Spain's finest dishes, delicacies and flavours. - Visit a traditional Spanish food market. - See highlights of the Gothic Quarter, including the wide passenger walkway ‘La Rambla.’ - Eat where the locals eat and drink while experiencing authentic Spanish cuisine. - Learn about Catalonian tradition and the history of the diverse food from each region. If you are passionate about food and if sampling the best of local cuisine is your top priority when you are on holiday, then this tour is how you should spend your time. Let yourself loose in Barcelona’s best tapas restaurants as you authentically experience Spain’s varied and traditional cuisine. Tapas refer to a variety of appetizers or snacks. Served cold (for example olives and cheese) or warm (for example battered, baby squid), tapas have evolved into an elaborate gastronomic event, with most regions in Spain showcasing the best of local ingredients with their own unique flavours and styles of cuisine – anything from exotically flavoured, spicy Moorish stews of the south, to fresh grilled seafood from the coastal areas of Spain. No trip to Spain would be authentic without days filled with tapas samplings

El Penedes Cava and Wine Tour
Explore el Penedès wineries and learn about the processes of winemaking and cava production! Escape the crowds of the city and take a break to the Catalonian countryside. Discover el Penedès Cava & Wine region, visit 2 family owned ecological wineries and taste their awarded Cavas & Wines! After 45 minutes of drivin, we will reach El Penedès wine country. El Penedès is one of the oldest wine-making regions in Europe, world-famous for producing wines of exceptional quality, and especially for being the place where cava (sparkling wine) is produced. As we drive through a landscape dotted with farmhouses and wineries set among vines, where wine-growing is carried out at over 300 wineries. We will get to a to a family-run Cava cellar well known for its premium production of Cava. You will visit the cellar and descent to the dungeons where Cava is secretly kept for several years. Learn by the hand of an expert viticultor on wine production and grapes growing. Taste 3 varieties of local Cavas, paired with traditional cheeses and cold meats while enjoying great views of the Catalan countryside. We will continue to a family-owned organic winery, which are pioneers in organically farmed wines since 1978. Their wine & cava is made in the heart of the Penedès from 100% organic grapes harvested by hand and entirely vinified on the premises of the winery. You will enjoy a guided visit to the cellar and learn about their history and the wine elaboration process. We will also taste three wines from their range of white, red and sparkling wines. We will have it with some Catalan snacks.
