The charm of the great North – follow in the steps of the Vikings on the Arctic adventure!

Explore the breathtaking islands of Iceland and Greenland on this Nordic adventure. Start your journey in Copenhagen, onwards to discover the Scottish Orkney and Western Isles. Sail to Reykjavik, then on to stunning Greenland visiting 3 ports with an overnight in Ilulissat. On the return, visit two more ports in Iceland. This is a trip of a lifetime!

Some itinerary highlights;

Kirkwall, the largest town in the Orkney archipelago, is located in the Northern Isles of Scotland. This destination is celebrated for its UNESCO World Heritage Site — a Neolithic ceremonial complex.

Reykjavík, the world’s most northerly capital, is a small but bustling port city abundant with Viking museums, shops, and a lively atmosphere. A range of nearby attractions including a geothermal blue lagoon, a stunning waterfall, and blissful lakes.

Nuuk, on the southwestern coast of Greenland, is the world’s most northerly capital and a genuine arctic jewel. It is known for its colourful houses, unspoiled mountain backdrop, waterfalls, and icebergs.

Overnight in Ilulissat, a beautiful town set on Greenland’s Kangia Fjord, famed for its archaeological finds. The site reveals a sizeable 3500-year-old area, once occupied by the Saqqaq and Dorset tribes. Enjoy an array of memorable adventures. See gigantic icebergs, rugged coastlines, and charming rural villages.

The port of Qaqortoq is the largest city in Southern Greenland and is set in a system of fjords. Perched on an inlet in the Davis Strait and boasts 18th-centruy colonial architecture, stunning natural landscapes, and an attractive landmark fountain.

On the shores of Skutulsfjörður, on the northwestern point of Iceland, lies the ancient town of Ísafjörður. Nearby, the spear-shaped island of Vigur is a pristine paradise, home to puffins, gulls, and a delightful sea lion colony.
